At Clothes Mentor Upper Arlington, we want you to love your designer finds; if you are not completely satisfied, items in original condition with tags attached may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and processed at our Upper Arlington location.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are within the 7-day return window and still have the original Clothes Mentor price tags securely attached.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original paper or digital receipt, as proof of purchase is required for all refund and exchange transactions.

• 3.
  Visit Our Store

  Bring your items and receipt to our Upper Arlington location at 1801 West Henderson Road during normal business hours for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or you may choose a store credit for immediate use on a new find.
